This just in. The Ontario courts have absolved Premier Dalton McGuinty from keeping his campaign promises. According to Mr. Justice Paul Rouleau, ”Imposing a duty of care in the circumstances such as exist in the present case would have a chilling effect and would interfere with the concept of parliamentary sovereignty.” Fancy that.

While I gradually settle into my new life in Calgary, I want to reassure you of my continued existence and ongoing commitment to bringing you the latest banalities of my circumstance through this site. As we speak, millions of tiny ones and zeros travel at unfathomable speed through many miles of copper wire. From my computer, to massive data centers on the Internet, and eventually into your very own home.

I am back in Calgary. This is the first time I have hooked up my laptop since returning on Friday. I returned to work the next day and my belongings arrived from Ontario on Monday. Needless to stay I am still in a state of flux as I try to restore some order to my turbulent life. Tune in again soon for photos and stories.
