My brother and I, after a madly rushed but well done (if I do say so myself) renovation, and a typically chaotic packing frenzy are leaving via automobile for the booming mini-metropolis known to locals as Cowtown and the general population as Calgary. Send me and email, give me a call, or find me on ICQ so we can hang out while I'm there!
The long wait is over (for anyone interested i.e., my family). Convocation photos are here!

There were a couple of pictures left over from my journey back home from Japan on the roll I just developed with my grad photos. There are pics from Detroit International Airport, and a pic of the inside of a Toronto subway car. Grad photos coming soon!

Sometimes I check the statistics of my web page. I can find out interesting things like where my traffic is coming from:
I can find out how the level of excitement in my life corresponds to the degree of traffic:
But perhaps the most interesting piece of information I can glean from the statistics is what kind of search strings people have used to find my site. "Gyaru" and "kou-gyaru" consistently garner a hit or two each month. It refers to a particular, rather peculiar, Japanese fashion.

Then when I saw that the search string "donkey kong pornography" generated a hit on my web site, I really did not believe it. This warranted further investigation. So I went back to google and typed in the three magic words. I hit search and after scrolling through three or four pages of results without mine listed, I was ready to give up. And then it struck me. I selected "pages from Canada", hit search again, and there I was at the bottom of the first page!
Though not quite so interesting now that I have long since left Japan, I have a couple more rolls of photos developed for your perusal. See Rolls 4 and 5. My graduation photos from June are still sitting in a film canister on my desk!
