So, how can you tell a Great Hacker? Maybe the strong Canadian accent and the mullet is a hint!

When I first read that comment I thought "huh??" And that maybe it was a reference to my good friend Jeff (see URL below). But Jeff, though Canadian, has a bit of an American accent. Then I remembered and re-read the article and it all made sense.
